Our boneless chuck steak comes from cattle raised with care on our family farm, right here in Owosso, MI. This flavorful cut is taken from the shoulder and is well-known for its deep flavor and beautiful marbling. While it’s a bit firmer than premium steaks, it shines when prepared using the right technique including braising, pan-searing or grilling.
Cooking Tips:
For optimal tenderness, we recommend marinating your chuck steaks. It’s perfect for slow-cooking methods like braising or stewing, which help break down the beef for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
