Pick-Up Instructions

If you select to pick up your order at checkout, we will begin preparing your order and send you a text/email confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up. Pickup windows are during our normal business hours on Friday from 11-5:30 am Saturday 10-4:30. 

Delivery Instructions

If you select delivery at checkout you will be prompted to pick delivery day - Wednesday or Thursday - based on your zip code.

On the day you select for delivery you will receive another email/text confirming that your order is “ready for delivery” meaning that we have boxed up your order and another email that your order is “out for delivery” meaning that we have left the farm and are headed on our delivery route. Once we drop off your order you will receive an email/text notification that it has been delivered. Even though your order will be in a cooler, please put your meat into a refrigerator or freezer in a timely manner to ensure food safety and quality. 

If You Pay by Credit or Debit Card

You do not need to be home during delivery. We will leave your meat inside a cooler or cooler bag at your home using the delivery instructions you provide at checkout.

If You Are Paying with EBT (SNAP or WIC)

Please select "Pay with EBT upon Pick-up or Delivery" at checkout and you will be able to proceed with a $0 balance to schedule your delivery. Once we approve your order we will remove the delivery charge, as this cannot be paid with EBT. The full balance for your meat order (minus delivery) will be due open delivery of your order.

EBT payments cannot be taken electronically, so you will need to be present at the time of delivery to pay using your EBT card.

We will reach out to you the day before your delivery to confirm a more specific time window so you can be present to pay and receive your order. If you are not present at the time of delivery, we will cancel your order and restock the products. 

Cooler Information

If you place an order for local delivery and do not purchase a disposable cooler at checkout, you will need to have a cooler outside and ready for us to put your order into. You can add a disposable cooler to an order you have already placed by contacting us at campbellscreeksidefarmsllc@gmail.com or call/text us at (989) 721-6437.

How Far Do You Deliver?

Our delivery radius spans from Holt to Highland. Enter your zip code in the "Do we deliver to your area?" box at the top of the screen to see if we deliver to you!

Do You Accept SNAP or WIC EBT online?

Yes! We accept both SNAP and WIC EBT. Please click here to learn more about ordering line with EBT.

How Does Delivery Work?

Our delivery process is simple!

1. Place your order online and select a delivery day

2. We will reach out once we prepare your order on the farm and head your way on your selected delivery day

3. Have a cooler ready for your order or purchase one of our styrofoam coolers

4. We will drop off your delicious order right to your front door

5. Enjoy farm fresh meat any night of the week!

What do I do with the styrofoam cooler I ordered?

Please do not throw these styrofoam coolers away! You can use this as your cooler for future orders.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

You do not need to be present at home to receive a delivery if you prepaid using a debit or credit card. If you are paying with EBT upon delivery you must be present to pay and receive your order.

Can I purchase eggs online?

Unfortunately it is not legal to sell eggs online in the State of Michigan. If you would like to purchase some of our free range eggs please visit us on the farm!

Do you sell beef by the quarter, half, and whole?
