Cooking Tips:
Short ribs are best when braised or slow-cooked until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender. Whether you're preparing them in a Dutch oven with red wine and herbs or cooking them low and slow in a smoker or slow cooker, they absorb flavor beautifully. Also great grilled Korean-style when cut thin across the bone.
